Pepe was so fantastic to work with and helped us plan every detail from start to finish throughout the entire planning process. We had a destination wedding here (traveled from the US) and we couldn't be more glad we did! Pepe is super helpful with recommendations in the area and works with amazing service providers (DJ, florist, etc). We truly couldn't have asked for a better wedding day, it was a million times better than we ever dreamed it would be!
The personalized service for every guest was incredible! All of our guests were so impressed by the team's ability to know exactly what they needed, even before they did! As we took our photos with our wedding party after the ceremony, they were even there to bring us water and drinks in between photos!

There are not enough words to describe all the service of Pepe and his team simply exceeded our expectations we had our very intimate civil wedding and it was like a dream every detail and the attention the place paradise Bacalar is very beautiful and it shows that they take care of it a lot, really I recommend arriving by pontoon to have a better experience
