We were lucky that in the search for an alternative photographer, we found someone who knew a person from his team and Elena. That same day, he finally answered us (we imagine that his face fell in shame when someone in his sector found out what was happening. After reading several reviews we have seen that it is his modus operandi and what he wants is to save himself the pre-wedding photo session). At the phenomenal wedding, a fantastic team (not her) came and we were very pleased. The problems returned when the deadline for the photos was approaching, which disappeared again. It should be noted that the delivery times for photos and videos are those established by her in her own contract. The weeks went by and once the deadline had passed, he would give us long and excuses, always assuring that he was going to deliver the photos on a new date that he would later fail to meet again. Two months after the initial delivery date, we decided to contact a lawyer to send him a burofax. 2 days later we received the photos. The exact same thing happened with the video, and we didn't receive it until the second burofax arrived demanding it.

Throughout this entire process I have met several brides who were in the same situation, watching helplessly as influencers and brands received their photos 2 days after taking them, but non-celebrity brides had to suffer delays, excuses and weeks of not knowing nothing of her

Luckily he made a contract for us and we paid VAT, so we could legally claim the breach of contract. Most of the brides I spoke to had paid in B and had no way to claim.

To this day I am still waiting for him to send me the invoice, claimed on more than 8 occasions by different means.
